Can't connect to Reolink Keen

Hi! Installed the program and .dll-files, cant find my Reolink Keen-camera when running my config-file.

Is there something to modify since its running on 4G/LTE instead of LAN?

I don't think we've managed to get it to work over cellular. We can start the usual UUID discovery but we can't finish the handshake with the Reolink servers since we haven't reverse engineered all of that protocol. There's an open issue for it somewhere in this repo.
