Create better manual.txt defaults

One of my main motivation of writing Durian is to not repeat yourself. With double click on the manual search history, it should be the fastest ever way to search items in Wraeclast.

However, the default stuff on the manual.txt doesn't really help and we can do much better.

As I've noted on this reddit comment; we can make some categorized different manual.txt search files.

I can probably implement a directory UI (similar to Terms and Script tab) where you can switch to different manual.txt files. Ofc we'll now have a different filenames other than manual.txt
