Construct combined history for individual lots and assets

Several things will produce historical information about lots. These include (or should include)

• Lot or Assets scans
• Asset assignments (NB: Assets only)
• Lot changes (not currently implemented) such as price, expiration date, etc. (See Issue 6521](https://github.com/IMA-WorldHealth/bhima/issues/6521).
• Inventory changes (for the inventory item for the lot)
• Shipment history

Based on discussions with @jniles, we propose writing a general lot/asset history page that will combine all of this historical data into a single combined history

Notes

• Asset scans represent times that the location and condition of the items is definitely known.
