Suggestions

• The report title "Cash Report" is unclear. What is it? a Cash Transactions Report? A better title would be helpful.
• The subtitles on the report should be a little larger
• The last row needs a label (when using the "Cash Journal" option). What is it? A final balance? It should tell us!
• Add multi-currency support
