Updates for the Clients Support Report

Suggestions

• The yes/no toggles (eg, "Show patient debts supported by employees") should have default values
• The total support for each section of the report should be listed on a separate "totals" line at the end of the section. Currently it is on the end of the first row of each section. This is easily overlook and is different than most other BHIMA reports.
• Perhaps there should be a grand total of all sections of the report at the end of the page? Obviously if only one section is shown, no grand total is needed.
• For the detailed report, the indentation looks nice and helps make the document readable but presents a problem if the report is exported to Excel (since the indented data will appear in the same column as the section names). It would be better to produce a report that looks similar but an additional column for the names of the individuals being supported. The borders of the cells could be hidden to make the report look more similar to the current report.
• Both the "Show patient debts supported by employees" and "Show patient debts supported by organizations" options should not be NO at the same time since the report only has those two sections and "No" on both means there is no report. How these two options are presented should perhaps be refactored. It would make more sense to use a radio-group that allows multiple items to be selected (and prevents enforces selecting at least one item).
