Suggestions

• Fix name: [Stock] Entries Report => Stock Entries Report
• The current English title of the result report is "Stock Entry Report". Should it be "Stock Entries Report"
• In English, both "Stock Entry" and "Stock Entries" work for the menu name and report title (referring to multiple stock entries). We need to pick one and be consistent. On further reflection, I suggest using "Stock Entry Report".
• The name of the depot in the resulting report should use a smaller font than the title of the report.
• The currency selection should default to the enterprise currency
• The stock code should also be listed for each stock item
• It might be useful to list the number of entries as an additional column to give the staff an idea of how often they have been receiving stock during the selected period.
• Since the quantity numbers are show together with their units, if the report is exported to Excel, it will be difficult to use. It would be better to list the quantity in one column and the units in a separate (adjacent) column.
• Add better column labels
• The end of the report should have a grand total
• On the client-side starting page, perhaps there should be a "Select All" checkbox above the checkboxes for the types of entries to be reported.
• When "Include Details" is selected, several things could be done to make the report easier to read, more compact, and more useful (see screenshot below):
  • Add separate columns the inventory code, the date of the entry, and for units
  • Do not force the "Depot" column to be so wide (perhaps let all columns seen their natural width).
  • It should be possible to have each entry appear on a separate line (with no text wrapping inside cells). This will make the report more compact and easier to read.
  • In the right end of the cell with the name of the stock for each item, include a "Total quantity entered" legend to describe what the number in the cell to the right means.
