Handle excess items received in lost stock report

In the lost stock report, handle the case when more articles are received than were sent. This could happen when the requisition states a number, the supplying depot records the correct number in Bhima for the stock exit, but the supplying depot accidentally puts excess items in the transport. The receiving depot records all items but notes the excess.

Split the table into two parts: Losses and Excesses and show them appropriately.
