Support ticket system for Odoo 14. Loosely inspired by features in osTicket and Odoo 14 Enterprise Edition. Intended to be compatible with OCA modules.

Usage

Install module and go to the Care Center application. Assign Odoo users to

• Assign Tasks to Support Teams
• Track tickets by Code
• Create Tasks, with flexible range of Priorities
• Record timesheets, and send customer a PDF report of Timesheet activity

Configuration menu groups Task related settings together so administration can be performed within the Care Center application.
