hey @thinkswell, I think people should not be limited by the language barrier. Instead of explicitly mentioning "javascript" you can write develop using any language of your choice.
The concept can be the same but people can use any tech stack to build that. What do you say?
Actually the main reason of why I put javascript because I practice it so it would be a lot easier for me to review and give suggestions according to the code/project, which would not be possible if it is developed in any other language. Do mention if you have any solution to this. Thank You!
Ya, that too is important. One way to accept the project without reviewing the code can be testing the live project if that falls under the guidelines. I don't think there can any other way, or either you give responsibility to someone who has knowledge of various tech stacks.

Hey, I am a hacktober participant and will love to contribute. I see that javascript is being used. I am ready to follow along but will much prefer to develop a simple app using Java/kotlin.
