Develop a JavaScript gif-maker webapp.
Description 📜
It should take a video file or an image file and make a file.gif out of it.
Requirements 🛠️
- Should take video else collection of images.
- Should be able to output .gif files.
- Should have certain parameter controls over the generation and processing of the .gif file.
Bonuses ✨
- A good UI would be cheery on the cake.
Any number of people can work on a single issue 👨💻👨💻 This issue is open to all. 🌍️ @PBJI Collaborative effects can take place here.
