Equipment list

I have been playing with the program, and it looks good so far. The one thing I would like to see added is an equipment list for a recipe. I'm looking at using this for youth, and having a list of what equipment you need to make a recipe would assist greatly.

This is something I've been reaching out for in the program as well, but only because I've just moved into a new place and don't have a complete kitchen yet. Though I don't see why equipment couldn't be mixed right in with ingredients.
My question about this request is what the Equipment List would be used for and why it can't just be rolled into the "Instructions."
Ingredients are special because they can be multiplied, added to a shopping list, etc.
Is there anything special we'd want to do with equipment lists? If not, I feel like adding another heading/text box would just be cluttering up the interface. There's nothing stopping users from making a "Equipment List" heading under Instructions and adding equipment at present.
Are we imagining searching based on equipment? Making lists of equipment to shop for? Filtering recipes based on equipment available? I can't imagine doing any of these things myself, but if they'd be important to some users, I could see adding a separate field for them via a plugin.
Let's say I want to cook something, for some reason of my usual equipment is not available. It would be good to be able to filter recipes this way and know for example which one require an oven, a food processor, or whatever it is. Or maybe you want to make a complicated recipe that require dedicated equipment, and you need to know what you will need to borrow or rent.
I don't see why not (beside the time and effort to develop) it would not be a good addition, unless a plugin already exist for this. It doesn't seem that complicated, AKA have it very similar to Ingredients (but without some fields), with a space under the ingredient area of the recipe card.
