Could not find Adobe Reader error when attempting to print recipes

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open existing recipe.
  2. On the menu of recipe's Card Display, go to Recipe and click Print recipe option.
  3. OK the PDF Options prompt.

Expected Behavior

To be able to send the recipe to the printer.

Current Behavior

"Could not find Adobe Reader on your system." error message is displayed and the process is aborted. The message further reads: "This version of Gourmet Recipe Manager requires Adobe Reader to be able to print; other PDF viewers will not work. Please install Adobe Reader from http://get.adobe.com/reader/. Alternatively, export your recipe(s) to PDF and print it with another PDF viewer."

Possible Solution

Environment

Operating System: MS Windows 11 Pro Version or commit id: Gourmet Recipe Manager 0.17.4 Installed as Flatpak or Python package?: Gourmet.Recipe.Manager-0.17.4-win32.msi

Side Note: my machine has a full suite of Adobe installed, which comes with a full version of Acrobat. In my case, the Adobe Reader installation is not allowed.

I have the same issue! Makes it really difficult to print any recipes out for sure
