I want to import .car files.

I have CARTA as a recipe program. Now I would like to import the recipes into Gourmet recepbeheer. Is there a way to put those 59923 recipes in? If not, I hope to be able to do that one day.

They seem to be some sort of binary files. Do you have more information on the corresponding application and possibly about the files itself?
