Set up installer for Windows

  • Installer has netbeans log instead of thinking rock logo

Note: I modified the issue description. It seems that the installation into the admin user dir must have been a remnant of an earlier installation attempt of thinking rock 3.7.0 a few years ago. After clearing everything TR related and re-installatin, it installed into the default path in C:\Program Files\ but then launched correctly, applying the user path in my users APPDATADIR, as it should be.
