Migrate Jasperreport dependency from 5.1.0 to a recent version

5.1.0 is from 2013. Current most recent version is 6.20.0 (from July 2022).

There may be a code migration necessary.

Once we have the code ready, we should recompile all reports. That will also bring to life the http->https changes in the jrxml files from #59 .
