Default Dashboard/State for users

Not sure if its already in your backlog, but we need a way to give a user a default state, as two different users use the same dashboard but needs to navigate to a different state on login. Overview screens are different from some users.

@AlexRak2 Will help if use markdown card widget with current user as alias Then show the state based on user attributes?

@AlexRak2 Several years ago I did that in https://github.com/thingsboard/thingsboard/pull/7680, but tired of waiting when it would be merged after TB team approved pull request
