[HELP] - Upgrade instructions does not work on Ubuntu

Describe the issue Upgrade instructions at https://thingsboard.io/docs/iot-gateway/install/upgrade-instructions/ does not work when TB gateway has been installed with .deb packet on Ubuntu.

When following the upgrade instructions, the TB GW remains on the old version.

When downloading a new .deb file and installing it. The TB GW version is upgraded, but all config is reset/lost.

Which is the correct way to upgrade TB GW on ubuntu when installed thru .deb as per the instructions?

• OS: Ubuntu 22.04
• Thingsboard IoT Gateway version 3.7.1 > 3.7.2
• Python version 3.10.12
