[FEATURE REQUEST] MQTT JSON converter: let specify timestamp parameter name and format

In current implementation JSON converter checks only ts or timestamp keys in incoming json. I suggest to make key configurable.

Also the converter expects the time stamp is in UNIX time with millis. I suggest to add configuration option to specify time stamp format for string type data to support the following values
