Idea: Auto-SSH when opening integrated terminal

At the moment, when I open a terminal while using Pony SSH, I need to launch a remote shell with ssh manually.

Would be amazing if this extension would auto-ssh when you open a shell, no?

I realized that when having multiple SSH folders added, it already prompts to select which to open a terminal for:

The bad news: It will fail to open a new terminal

So it's a bug in the current state of the extension
