[FEATURE] Automate generating Contributors section in README

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, we have the "Contributors" section in README.md with the word TODO. It would be great to complete this section to make our project looks actively maintained.

Describe the solution you'd like Automate the generation of this section by using tools such as
