[BACKLOG] Export/Import course cart

Problem

This is a new feature.

Task Description

Add a feature where users can export a set of courses and share it with their friends, so they can import those courses directly to their semester course cart.

We already have this as a hidden integration feature with ESC's or65 website. We just have to expose this functionality publicly so users can use it freely.

Additional Context

Add import and export functionality to course cart, which may generate import links that can be sent to their friends.
