Configure the transmission mode of measurements sent to Cumulocity

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

For some kinds of measurements, it's better to use the transient mode of Cumulocity to be processed on the cloud but not persisted. This would help to improve performance and cost.

Describe the solution you'd like

A way to configure the Cumulocity transmission mode for each kind of measurements.

Describe alternatives you've considered

An alternative is to reconfigure the c8y-bridge.config, but then all the measurements would be transient.
