A dedicated instance of Cumulocity IoT Edge for thin-edge ci/cd

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The thin-edge provides the connectivity to Cumulocity IoT Edge. So, it's better to test this feature before the release of thin-edge version.

Describe the solution you'd like A dedicated instance of Cumulocity IoT Edge, will be helpful for CI/CD of thin-edge.

Additional context Has to be kept re-provisioned as and when the newer version of Cumulocity IoT Edge version is available.

Some of our users use Cumulocity IoT Edge (IoT Edge), however, we don't test against IoT Edge. We should test the connectivity to IoT Edge as well as cloud.

• Having a single manual provision of IoT Edge? Can we use an existing testing infra from the IoT Edge team? => @albinsuresh will talk with the PO of IoT Edge.

Our plan to test against IoT Edge.

• Create a new test o connect to IoT Edge. The test can be run by new workflow or existing workflow.
• The test uses the domain name of IoT Edge VM and consumes the root certificate.
• No hardware limitation. Anything is fine.
