Hi Joe, thanks for reporting this issue, an updated docker configuration package for v4.1.0 is now published here: https://github.com/archivesspace/archivesspace/releases/tag/v4.1.0 and some updated instructions on how to upgrade when using docker...

any updates on this? We are also facing the same issue. Adding ``` config.webxml.org.eclipse.jetty.servlet.default.dirAllowed = false ``` does not have an effect on the generated web.xml file and opening ```localhost:8080/test..%2F..%2F```...
