Create separate reboot, auto update, and auto backup scripts

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As mentioned in #393 I think auto reboot and auto update should have their scripts and then scripts which are intended to be ran by the user.

Describe the solution you'd like Splitting the scripts means in the user scripts we can prompt the user for various variables instead of expecting them to be set at the container creation.
