Feature request: Custom gcode trigger for pushover message.

I was thinking it would be really useful to have a custom gcode trigger we can add to start gcode / layer change gcode / end gcode / etc to trigger a Pushhover message.

e.g. ;Pushover

Maybe even with custom text for the pushover message

e.g. ;pushover hello world

I'm currently using an M300 S0 or M300 P1 (which prevents the beep from being emmitted, buit still sends pushover message). But this is a little untidy, I feel. NB: If anyone is viewing this and plans to use the M300 method above, triggering M300 P0 turns on the buzzer forever!
