iOS 9: Stuck under NavigationBar

When using MessageBanner under iOS 9 in a NavigationController the banner is stuck under the navigation bar.

You can try my branch which I have Pull Requested. I don't know that the way I fixed the issue is a good one but there seems to be a bug with topLayout in iOS 9. See: https://github.com/Loadex/MessageBanner/pull/20
