disabling rss should disable/hide the rss icon and make the rss url redirect to the home page or something

and disabling the rss should delete the existing photos_feed.txt

edit : actually, disabling the rss option does nothing - the file photos_feed.txt continue to be updated - or it doesn't do what i think it does
