module works in its default configuration with the standard Debian bind package, without changing its behaviour on other platforms.

Module now works in its default configuration with the standard Debian bind package, without changing its behaviour on other platforms. The distribution specific defaults, such as location of files and references to includes in the bind packages, are in params.pp. Keep monolithic named.conf file for better maintainability. Add spec tests for distribution specific defaults for RedHat and Debian.
