Parameterize named-checkzone path to support FreeBSD

/usr/sbin/named-checkzone is hardcoded, but FreeBSD uses /usr/local/sbin/named-checkzone. Temporary kludge is to add a file resource symlinking the system named-checkzone to the expected path.
