Server crashed while running and now crashes on startup

Description

My multiplayer server crashed while I was building a wall. I wasn't using anything from Applied Llamagistics. I did have a wireless receiver and portable cell equipped, but I hadn't used them recently. No one else was logged on. When I attempted to restart the server, it immediately crashed with a different error, also from Applied Llamagistics. It has continued to do so every time I attempt to start it up.

Huh. The server is suddenly working again.

hmmm that's an old AE2 bug lol. I'll find my fix and resurrect it
