Enable anonymous access for users

Reading the samples given by sonatype, I think it could be a good idea to enable/disable anonymous access for users.

You mean like a new configure sub-command? I like the idea. It could be a spot for the most popular settings that people need to adjust in Nexus, such as the outgoing proxy and maybe, down the road, ACL stuff.
