Broken link in user manual

I noticed the link in this section https://shadow-cljs.github.io/docs/UsersGuide.html#_full_example with the text "same setup" seems to point to a now non-existent anchor/section, so it just goes to the top of the manual.

Very minor but I wanted to make it known. :smiley:
