I tried the Animated api itself without "useNativeDriver" it's dead slow and jumpy on the emulators (even on GenyMotion).

please resolve this conflict. I need this feature

looks like it's just a fork. nothing special is done here.

looks like babel puts `import`s statements above 'require`s so the pack scrip loads before *dotenv* has any chance to load the .env file.
