feat(package): move lemonade to flathub beta

Hi,

thanks for working on a Lemmy cllient!

I just installed Lemonade from Flathub and it's not functional. Perhaps it would be better at this point to just push it to Flathub Beta for interested testers, as this doesn't reflect well on Flathub.

Same issue here (Debian 12). "Home" opens but no further actions are possible.

That is just the current state of the application - it is not usable at the moment, hence the suggestion to move it to Flathub Beta.

its intentional that this app is in beta stages and most of the features required aren't implemented yet
