Maintain payment information after account is disconnected

Currently it appears that when a Stripe account is disconnected, we lose the historical payment information of which users paid how much - or at least, we stop displaying that.

It should be possible to associate the payment information with a competition and continue to display it even once the Stripe account has been disconnected
