worldcubeassociation.org Move 'Media Approve' link to panel

Currently, 'media approve' link is in the admin panel here. But the 'approve media' process is done by WCT now, and WCT doesn't have access to the admin panel. So it doesn't make sense to have the 'approve media' section in admin panel.

Instead, we can have a new section for WCT in panel like here, and we can move the 'approve media' to that area. In that case, it should be helpful for WCT to access it more easily.

How is WCT accessing it now?

Hi @dunkOnIT, sorry I missed to reply you. Currently, WCT is accessing through the media page. In the media page, there will be a badge which will show number of pending requests, and when it is clicked, it will open the media approve page.
