Results import page broken in few cases

  1. If the delegate submits a competition without any rounds in any event (in case of no participants), then results import page is broken.
  2. If the delegate uploads a JSON and then removes a round from manage events page, the results import page will break. (eg: NigerianChampionship2023, discussed in WRT slack channel & WST troubleshoot slack channel)

What do you mean by "submits" in this context? Submits the results (ie basically an empty Results JSON?)
