Update "Server infrastructure improvements" Document
The Server infrastructure improvements document will be an important cornerstone for improving the WST's infrastructure.
However, parts of the document are outdated (having been discussed in 2019), and it is due for a review and update to (a) reflect changes to the WST's infrastructure since its writing, and (b) a review of where the infrastructure should go given any new options or best practices which have emerged since the document's last update.
@FinnIckler you indicated that this might be something you would be able to / interested in working on. Let's see where other priorities for the month end up before making a final decision on how soon to work on this, though.
@FinnIckler is this document now complete? I feel like you sent through an infrastructure doc and are now working on implementing it.
