Delegate unable to enable OTS registration on announced competition

I write this email because I had some issues trying to edit an already announced competition where I am the Delegate (Cayro Toledo Open 2025).

First of all, I tried to enable in-situ registrations but I got the warning about the deadline to update the events, so I changed that deadline to the date of the competition (June 14th) and it worked, but I still couldn't enable on the spot registrations. It looked like the "organizer view" edition page allowed me to change it but that change never saved when I tried it (several times).

Then I modified the time of the deadline to update events to June 14th at 23:59 UTC, and it saved, but I still couldn't enable on the spot registrations. Later, I tried to modify this deadline again to a more reasonable time but now I cannot either modify this deadline (again, the page looks like I'm allowed to change it but those changes never save).
