Add docker instuctions - no auth mode

This pull request adds Docker instructions to the Soul , allowing users to run the Soul as docker container in no-auth mode.

Changes

  • Added a new section "Running as Docker Container" to the README.md file
  • Included step-by-step instructions for building and running the Soul docker image and run as docker container
