Withdraw Stake issue Theta Guardian Node

When trying to withdraw my stake in the Theta wallet I receive an error message that says (Invalid guardian node address (holder))? What may the problem be? Thanks

I am trying to widthdraw from the mobile wallet. I paste in my wallet address to widthdraw and get the following message: "Transaction Error" failed to withdraw stake, err: no matched stake holder address found:

What do you mean by 'just what's shown' Is that just the Theta addr? I'm not staking gpool and I have the same issue. Any help would be appreciated.
