Google Cloud Guardian Node - upgrade Theta and Thetacli - Permission Denied

I should also add, that just like everyone else has been posting. The node does not synch in 15 minutes (nor at all). Has anyone had success deploying a guardian on Google Cloud?

Also perssion denied trying to remove db
