Update: This is not the right approach. But we might be able to take up this task with `@volto/client`. See the discussion in: https://github.com/plone/volto/pull/2112

The reasoning was for the behavior was as @davisagli described. I wasn't aware of the bug. Doing the filtering server side (using the ``is_folderish`` index) sounds good.

IMO, if it does not break anything we could leave the "rich" option out and just insert markup in the tab headers per default.

Also: action for https://plone.org/documentation/faq/browsersupport needed. IMO this doc should be updated and moved into docs.plone.org.
