You can disable P2 state by setting `disable_vrr_memclk_switch` to 1 in the `nvidia_modeset` module but the GPU will run constantly at P0 state even if CUDA programs are running. This...

I also don't have any issue with slower or faster video speed. What version of the `nvidia-vaapi-driver` and NVIDIA drivers are you using ?

I confirm the issue is fixed in git master but the version 0.0.12 is still affected.

I also noticed a simple sum between 2 fp16 tensors implicitly cast them to a fp32 tensor.
