Did not saved files before deleting

Thunderbird 102.10.0 Extractor 1.5 Ubuntu 22.04

I ordered my inbox according to attachments, selected the first 1900 emails, selected the extraction. After some time, I have been prompted to save the attachments into a folder. Just few messages got saved. I have then confirmed to delete. Now there is a mix of cases:

  • single emails with permanently deleted attachments saved (few and the most recent), aka correct behaviour;
  • single emails with permanently deleted attachments NOT saved (few), aka epic fail;
  • multiple emails with both delete and original attachments (the vast majority), aka duplicates.

Is there a temp folder where the extracted attachments are saved before been copied? How should I proceed from here to restore the original condition somehow?

This version is based on PR #16 which tries to fix this issue (and makes the add-on compatible with TB115): ThunderbirdAttachmentExtractor_1_4.zip

Does it fix the reported issue for you in TB102/TB115?
