Export content of hamburger menu

Thanks for this project, it will definitely help #LinuxUsability.

Wondering how stlwrt is addressing the menus hidden behind hamburger icons (in my opinion easily the worst design decision in Gtk 3, and proven to be a really bad idea for usability).

Would it be possible to export the contents of menus hidden behind hamburger icons to the global menu bar, just as if it was a regular application menu?

I think so.

I now strongly believe that STLWRT should come with a number of modules which do various UI tweaks like this, and that these things should not be carried out by the very STLWRT code itself per se. Don't misinterpret that; the code will be part of the STLWRT package, and will integrate well, but I don't think automatic (and likely imperfect, at first) UI tweaks like these should be imposed on every user all the time against their will. That's just un-STLWRT-ian.

But to get back to what you were saying, yes, I am also opposed to hamburger menus, this is a frequently discussed issue, and I think something should be done regarding them in STLWRT.
