Remove openssl v1 support from rimage
rimage currently supports both openssl v1 and v3. Openssl v1 is insecure and support for it should be removed.
This is NOT high priority because it affects only "bad" people who use insecure systems with openssl v1 ONLY.
This has been attempted in the past and has failed:
