Add ipc4 support for KD module keeping ipc3 backward compatibility. Add ipc4 model blob handler based on large_config_set architecture

The sof-logger test fail in CI is expected, but there are two unexpected failures, first in "check-playback-all-formats" -> https://sof-ci.01.org/sofpr/PR6250/build1973/devicetest/?model=TGLU_RVP_NOCODEC_IPC4ZPH&testcase=check-playback-all-formats

I cannot immediately see how this patch could impact test run on nocodec (that does not have kwd detect). A SOF CI rerun is needed before merge in case this is transitional. This could be e.g. related to https://github.com/thesofproject/sof/pull/6457 based on the FW log (reset executed before the stop).
