[FEATURE]: Optimization of mixer component

For now on ADL, in no-codec mode, we used Mixer component to mix mutliple PCM's and calculated MCPS during runtime. We found the mixer component is consuming ~21MCPS as shown below [ 131849772.417011] ( 160.000000) c2 mixer 1.0 ....../pipeline-stream.c:196 INFO perf comp_copy peak plat 2027 cpu 21068. Hence, the mixer component has to be optimized to lower the MCPS consumption. Hence, raising this for a discussion.
